How do I order a painting?
That is easy. Click on our home page on the ‘Order your custom made PopArt from your photo’ button. Fill out the form with your personal details. Choose the size of the painting and add if necessary your comment or special wishes. Click the send button. You will then have to e-mail us your photo. As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. With the confirmation you will receive a sample picture from your PopArt painting.
Why can I only choose between a couple of different sizes?
We offer our PopArt’s in standard sizes. If you wish a PopArt in an other size you can ask us a personalised quotation. You can do this by clicking the ‘quotation’ link.
How do I pay my PopArt?
You can pay safe online through the integrated Paypal service. You can pay by using your paypal credit, by bank transfer or by credit card.
How long does it take before I receive my PopArt?
We will do our best to deliver your PopArt as soon as possible. Our estimation is around 14 days after ordering. But it will also depend to wich country we ship the painting.
Why does it take 14 days before I receive my painting?
The deliver time is an estimation. All PopArt’s are hand painted. Each painting is different is size and difficulty. And we have to wait until the painting is totally dry before we ship it.
Are the PopArt’s really hand painted?
You can find a lot of website’s on internet that offer PopArt’s. Those companies print your picture on canvas. We do not print the canvas, we paint it by hand. We do that with paint. So if you order your PopArt you receive a real painting, not a picture printed on canvas.
Do you paint the PopArt yourself?
A lot of companies will deliver paintings that are made in Asian countries. We difference ourselves from these companies by painting ourselves. It is important for us to deliver a good quality painting. We are very critical on good quality material and service. Big production is not important for us, this would be a negative influence on the quality.
Do I receive the painting framed ?
We deliver your painting on wooden stretchers. We also paint the sides of the painting so ready to be hanged. Framing is optional.
Are taxes and shipping included in the price?
All prices on our website are inclusive TAX (19%). For delivery in the Netherlands you do not pay shipping costs. Outside of the Netherlands you pay 20,00 euro for shipping.
How do I know if I will like my PopArt?
As soon as we receive your order we will send you a sample picture of your PopArt. You can let us know if you like it or not. When finished we will e-mail you an other picture this time of the result. Only when you are satisfied with the result the painting will be send.
